Mongoose Toyota TIS diagnostics is a low-cost, high-performance factory diagnostics and reprogramming interface for Toyota Techstream. The Mongoose is compatible with 1996 and newer Toyota, Lexus, and Scion vehicles over the DLC3 (J1962).
